DESCRIPTION:Plant Science Central Conference \nA joint meeting of: \nThe New Zealand Institute of Agricultural and Horticultural Science (NZIAHS) \n New Zealand Society of Plant Biologists (NZSPB) \n  \nTuesday 6th July to Thursday 8th July 2027 \nAgHort Lecture Theatre\, Massey University\, Palmerston North\, New Zealand \n\nThis is the eighth biennial meeting of two plant science societies. Members of any of the two participating societies qualify for discounted registration. \nThis year sessions will include the following research themes:/span> \n  \n• Biotechnology and breeding technologiess \n• Genomics\, molecular biology and biochemistrys \n• Plant developments \n• Flowering and grain / fruit developments \n• Postharvest science and technologys \n• Fruit crop physiologys \n• Plant stress responsess \n• Pigments and metabolitess \n• Germplasm conservations \nbut as always we welcome presentations on any aspect of Plant Biology. \nAbstracts (up to 250 words) will be called for on the website and should be submitted by Friday 23rd April 2027.\nNotification of provisional acceptance as oral or poster presentations will be given by Friday 14th May 2027\nRegistration must be completed by Friday 11th June 2027 to qualify for our generous early bird discount. After that date only poster presentations can be accepted; so if you are accepted for oral presentation but do not pay at the earlybird rate then your presentation will automatically change to a poster. \nThis conference is intended to be face-to-face.
